How long do I have to return an item?#
We follow EU consumer regulations. You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
What can't be returned?#
We do not accept returns on: frozen food, treats, or supplements; used pet accessories (beds, bowls, leashes, toys); opened or damaged packaging; gift cards or vouchers.
Return conditions#
To qualify, items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging, and you must provide a valid proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. For items over €50, we recommend a trackable shipping service.
Refunds#
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll confirm whether it's approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (excluding shipping fees).
Exchanges#
We only replace products if they're damaged or defective.
