There's nothing extra to do at checkout; points are tracked against your account, and you'll be able to see your balance and use it whenever you're ready.
Why we do it#
Most of our customers buy every few weeks, whether that's a fresh batch of frozen meals or a restock of supplements and treats. Loyalty points are our way of saying thank you for making us part of that routine.
We'd rather reward regular customers directly than spend that money on constant discount codes, so points are the main way we give back.
